Where do we deliver to?
The ‘world’ is our oyster. Or at least we like to think New Zealand is! We'd like to embrace the whole of New Zealand and so we deliver anywhere in the country. And to make it extra safe for you, all our packages are tracked and insured.
Please note that our courier service is unable to ship to P.O. Boxes so you will need to provide a physical address for delivery.
How much does delivery cost?
We've tried to keep the postage and packaging prices down as much as possible and offer a flat shipping fee of $8.50 for the whole of the North Island and $13.50 for the whole of the South Island (this includes tracking number and insurance). And free postage for the whole world of New Zealand for orders over $100!
How long will delivery take?
Once your order has been processed delivery will usually take 2-4 working days. We will email you once your order has been shipped and to provide you with a tracking number.
The exception to this timeframe is where the item you ordered is out of stock in which case we will be in touch to let you know how long delivery will be. In the unlikely event this happens, we aim to get your order to you in 7-10 working days.
Do you always meet your delivery timeframes?
We do try our best to meet the delivery timeframes set out above, but occasionally a parcel may be late due to reasons that are out of our control. In the unlikely event this happens, we will contact you to let you know if your parcel is going to take a little longer to get to you.
Can I have free postage and packaging on my order?
We know you would like free postage and packaging on all orders and we do offer it as part of a promotion from time-to-time. We did consider offering it all the time, but then the costs would have to be absorbed elsewhere (i.e. the price of the Smateria Products going up, which wouldn't be popular either!). For now we offer free postage on all orders over $100.

Will I get back the delivery costs if I cancel my order?
Yes, so long as you cancel your order BEFORE it is shipped, or if there is a fault or mistake with the item you ordered.
